Alumni Transcript & Education Verification Requests

For Transcript Requests, print the form below. There is a $2 convenience fee that must be paid in person or by mail.

Self-service through GAfutures: transcripts can be sent directly to colleges if the student graduated after 2019. There is no fee. 

For Education Verification requests, please email charlottewhite@lcboe.net and be sure to include the following information:

• Signed authorization from student - verification will not be processed without.
• Student's name at time of graduation and year of graduation.
• Address, email or fax number where the verification should be sent

To obtain ACT scores, log into your ACT account.

For SAT scores, log into your College Board account.
