Advisory
On the last Thursday of the month, students meet in homeroom for Advisory where they learn about their grades, GPA, transcripts, CTAE pathways, dual enrollment, and their choices for college, military, and career after graduation.
Advisory is scheduled for 1:00-1:30 and on Advisory days we follow the PM Advisement Schedule. See the Calendarfor exact Advisory dates.

KEEP YOUR INFORMATION CURRENT
Already have an active Infinite Campus Parent Account?
-Log in to Campus Parent and complete the Annual Update.
-Review and update contact information, household information, and emergency contacts.
This must be done twice yearly, at the start of each semester.
Need to create a Parent Account?
-Create your Parent Portal account with your child’s SSN and 5-digit student number.
-Click your name to reveal your Activation Key.
-Copy and paste Key to create account.
-Once logged in, a pop-up will alert you to update contact information.
-Use Parent Portal to check grades, absences, and see report cards and transcripts.
-Don't forget to set up notifications on app and your phone.

Requirements for a Georgia High School Diploma
To receive a regular high school diploma in the state of GA, each student must earn 24 credits in these areas of study:
Within those 24 credits, 17 specific courses (or state-approved alternates) are required:
Lit 1
Lit 2 with EOC
Lit 3, AP Lang, or ENGL 1101 or ENG 101
Lit 4, AP Lang, or ENGL 1102 or ENG 102
Algebra C&C with EOC
Geometry C&C
Adv. Algebra C&C
College Readiness Math, Precaculus, AP Precalculus, Dual Enrollment math, or Foundations of Algebra
Enrvironmental Science or Chemistry
Biology with EOC
Physical Science
Anatomy, Essentials of Healthcare, Animal Science, or Dual Enrollment science
World History
Government
US History with EOC or Dual Enrollment history (no EOC required)
Economics or Dual Enrollment ECON 1101 or ECO 101

Accelerated Career Diploma (formerly Option B Diploma)The Accelerated Career Diploma (ACD) gives eligible students an exciting opportunity to fast-track their education. earn both a high school diploma and one of the following:- Two Published Technical Certificates of Credit (TCCs)
- A Technical Diploma
- A Published Program Leading to Licensure (PLL)
- An Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS)

Alumni Transcript & Education Verification Requests
For Transcript Requests, print this form. There is a $2 convenience fee that must be paid in person or by mail.
Self-service through GAfutures: transcripts can be sent directly to colleges if the student graduated after 2019. There is no fee.
For Education Verification requests, please email charlottewhite@lcboe.net and be sure to include the following information:
- Signed authorization from student - verification will not be processed without.
- Student's name at time of graduation and year of graduation.
- Address, email or fax number where the verification should be sent
To obtain ACT scores, log into your ACT account.
For SAT scores, log into your College Board account.
