Welcome to East Laurens High School. We are delighted to have you and your child join us this year. Our school is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all our students. In doing so, we are striving to create an atmosphere of respect and collaboration, and we are dedicated to helping each student reach and discover his or her full potential. 

We are so proud to be a part of this vibrant and diverse community here in East Dublin. Here at East Laurens High School, we believe that the school and the community are partners. This is the mindset that we hope to obtain as we push to make our school and community a first-class operation. With that in mind, we ask that you partner with us in the development of our children and in the development of our young adults, which leads to the development of our future.

We are excited for what is to come this upcoming school year. Our faculty and staff have dedicated countless hours to prepare for the return of our students, and we are committed to making the 2023-2024 academic year the best yet. From past experiences, we are proud to know that you will participate and support us in making it all happen!

Furthermore, on the EASTSIDE, we are striving to create a standard of excellence and pride in our school. We have raised the bar in terms of student achievement and have developed intentional plans to ensure that we achieve and sustain those goals. Our focus and efforts at East Laurens High School will be geared toward:

• Increasing our academic performance scores with a focus on literacy and math
• Supporting our students’ behavior with a focus on schoolwide PBIS celebrations & incentives
• Creating a culture of unity with our school theme: One TEAM - One FAMILY - One EAST

With our work and efforts toward these objectives, we know that it will lead to continuous growth and improvements in our overall school performance. My promise to you is to give you our best, and we are looking forward to a healthy and successful school year here. Go Falcons!!!
